Who was Lucasta?

Here's another.---Capt. Lovelace sure wrote a bunch of poems to Lucasta, but he's also mostly going away from her to one place or the other in these poems  :)  All of which makes me wonder who this Lucasta really was:

To Lucasta, Going to the Warres

By Richard Lovelace

I.

Tell me not Sweet I am unkind,
That from the Nunnery
Of thy chaste breast, and quiet mind,
To War and Armes I fly.

II.

True; a new Mistresse now I chase
The first Foe in the Field
And with a stronger Faith imbrace
A Sword, a Horse, a Shield.

III.

Yet this Inconstancy is such,
As you too shall adore
I could not love thee Dear so much,
Loved i not honor more.
